CPutting Land is located on the northern coast of Haikou City, Hainan Province, close to the South China Sea, and surrounded by rich landscape ecology such as golf courses and forest parks. The design relies on superior site conditions to create a model seaside luxury community. The demonstration area opened today is a "garden living room" composed of the main entrance, clubhouse, community service and other buildings in the middle of the project, showing the public a fresh vision of the future coast holiday life.

Combining the advantages of the surrounding landscape and the location of the main entrance, the plan sets an east-west landscape axis, forming a central landscape node with the theme of "green valley" in the center of the site, which is like a secluded deep valley against the background of the buildings on both sides. Residential areas spread north and south. On the south side, the high-rise residential buildings are made of local materials, and the rhythmic facades are divided to create a smart urban interface, and the deep eaves are used to cope with the intense sunshine in Hainan. The multi-storey bungalows on the north side are stacked with bases and eaves on top, transforming the common basic cube quantity into a rich and recognizable form; The facade of the bungalows is made of stone and imitation wood materials, and the multiple cornices formed by the translation of traditional architectural vocabulary form a pleasant building single.
