上海滨江壹号院位于上海市黄浦区南端,紧邻世博会浦西会场区域,是一组集住宅、办公、商业为一体的综合性建筑群。2013年起,大象设计接手该项目的西区四幢高层住宅、南区三幢多层住宅、11号楼办公综合体、1820号写字楼,以及北侧一组多层独栋商业建筑的设计。

基地内已建成建筑布局较为分散,同时西侧紧邻地铁口的两幢办公建筑因工期原因,无法调整设计。复杂的现状为设计带来较大难度。在综合平衡了景观朝向和日照条件之后,设计方案将前后两排高层住宅建筑分别向西和向东偏转45°,形成相互垂直的L关系。既能与既有建筑形成一定的肌理延续,又使得后排建筑可在前排建筑的前后间距之间,获得最大化的江景界面。同时,相互垂直的建筑也在住宅组团内围合出多重庭院,配合架空层、景观连廊和片墙的设计,在近人尺度构成了丰富的空间组合,为住区提供了更多的社交场所。考虑到基地北侧的中山南一路为高架道路,设计方案以一条住宅之间的内街将位于基地西侧和北侧的办公底商、独栋商业串联起来,并结合下沉广场,与地铁站和地下商业空间相连,以吸纳更多人流。

在风格形态上,设计方案采用现代简约的造型语言来平衡较为拥挤的都市空间。南侧多层住宅为干挂石材与深色玻璃和金属的组合,低调而奢华。而高层住宅为了纳入更多江景,采用大玻璃窗搭配横向金属线条的立面形式,与周边办公建筑在材料和颜色上相互呼应,形成一组气质和谐的城市地标。


Located in the south of the Huangpu District, Shanghai and adjacent to the Puxi section of the Shanghai World Expo, Shanghai One Sino Park is a building complex that comprises residences, office buildings and commerce. In 2013, GOA was commissioned to design the project’s four high-rise residential buildings in the west, three multi-storey residential buildings in the south, No.11 office tower, No.18 and No.20 office buildings, and a set of multi-storey commercial buildings in the north.

The overall design was complicated by the originally scattered buildings within the site and the inability to adjust the design of two office buildings that are close to the subway due to time constraints. After a comprehensive balance of landscape directions and sunlight conditions, the architect decided to turn the front and back rows of high-rise residential buildings respectively westward and eastward by 45° to form an L-shaped perpendicular relationship. In this way, the new design can fit into existing construction clusters, and the interval between the two rows of buildings enable the buildings of the back row to get the optimal river view. In addition, such perpendicularity makes it possible to create within the residential cluster multiple courtyards, which, together with elevated floors, landscape corridors and wall panels, can create an interesting combination of varied spaces and provide residents with a diversity of places for socialization and interaction. Considering that South Zhongshan No.1 Road to the north of the site is an elevated road, the architect uses an inner streets that leads to residential buildings to building complexes, retailing space of office buildings, and independent commercial buildings in the east and north. Moreover, the sinking square is linked to the subway station and the underground commercial space to attract more visitors.

In terms of style and form, the architect uses a modern and minimalist styling language to balance the highly compact urban space. The multi-storey residences in the south are a fusion of dry hanging stone, dark glass and metal to look unostentatious yet deluxe. On the other hand, to optimize the view of the river, high-rise residential buildings chose big glass windows with a facade of horizontal metallic lines, which echoes with surrounding office buildings in terms of material and color, thus forming a group of urban landmarks of consistent styling.
