温岭玉兰花苑位于台州温岭市泽国镇。由五幢点式高层住宅和一幢高层酒店及其配套裙房组成。

基地东面、北面有城市河道,景观资源较为优越。项目南临城市主要道路幸福路,住宅和酒店分别与西侧和南侧的城市界面设置独立入口。住宅部分出入口设在西面的城市支路上,酒店部分出入口设在南面。设计的重点在于兼顾难免酒店所需的交通落客及景观前广场,同时也考虑城市沿河绿化带与基地内部一定的融合互通。

立面材料以淡黄褐色花岗岩干挂为主,搭配深色铝合金装饰板。壁柱等元素的运用,加强了立面纵向延伸的视觉感受,水平金属线条增添了均衡感。酒店裙房及主入口部分采用大面积玻璃幕墙、石材、铝合金装饰花纹,营造了丰富的室内视觉层次。


Wenling Magnolia Garden is located at Zeguo Town, Wenling City, Taizhou. It is composed of five high-rise residential towers, and one high-rise hotel building and its supporting skirt building.

On the eastern and northern sides of the site, there’s a river around the city. Thus, the site boasts superb scenic resources. Its south is adjacent to Xingfu Road, which is a main road in the city. For the residential buildings and the hotel, independent entrances are designed respectively on the western and northern sides that interface with the rest parts of the city. The entrance and exit of the residential area are situated at a by-pass in the west, while those of the hotel are set up in the south. Major challenges facing the design include the balance between necessary drop-offs at the hotel and the front scenic square, as well as the harmony and connection between riverside green belts and the internal arrangements of the site.   

The facade is mainly made of dry-hanging yellowish brown granite with dark-colored decorative aluminum panels. The use of elements such as pilasters enhances the visual perception of the vertical extension of the façade, and the horizontal metal lines emphasize a sense of balance. The hotel’s podium and main entrance are decorated with large glass curtain walls, stone and decorative patterns made of aluminum alloys to enrich the visual dimensions of the indoor environment.
