柳岸晓风设计开始于2015年。基地位于杭州滨江核心区——钱塘江南岸，拥有近200米沿江水岸线，坐拥身后繁华的都市，江景资源极为优越。从项目俯瞰，钱塘江来往船只依稀可数；远眺，能尽览整片凤凰山脉。
由于该项目是钱塘江两岸唯一拥有一线江景的居住社区，建筑师将发掘自然景观和低密度联排别墅作为设计的重点，精心思考建筑整体与江景的联系。、
高层设计采用现代风格，立面借鉴公共建筑的处理手法，将玻璃、石材与金属等材料巧妙组合，塑造出简洁大气、层次丰富的整体形象。联排别墅的设计则采用法式风格，建筑稳重典雅，强调近人尺度处细部的和谐与整体的比例，给人一种厚重的品质感，使整个项目与滨江区高速发展的氛围相得益彰。
The design of The Willow Shores project started in 2015. The site is located on the south bank of the Qiantang River, a core area in Binjiang District of Hangzhou. With a shoreline of nearly 200m, it embraces prosperity of the city, and enjoys extremely superior river view resources.
Considering that the project is the only first-line river view real estate on both banks of the Qiantang River, the architects focus on exploring natural landscape and improving low-density houses to reflect on the relation between architecture and river.
The high-rise design adopts modern style, uses the treatment methods of public buildings for reference in façade design to create a concise, magnificent and richly-layered overall image. The design of houses in French style are emphasizing the harmony of approachable scale details and the overall proportions, make the entire project complement with the rapid development atmosphere of Binjiang District.
