Tianyang the Elysian House, seamlessly connected to Hangzhou's Taohua Lake Park, draws inspiration from the architectural style of Beishan Street. With Art Nouveau as its central theme, it creates a new aesthetic by harmoniously blending French and Art Nouveau elements.

The master plan adheres to classical principles, featuring a symmetrical garden layout complemented by aquatic courtyards and orderly tree arrays. Together with the central garden, these elements form a strong sense of sequence and ceremonial order, evoking a dignified homecoming experience. The main entrance design references traditional carriage house regulations, where luxurious stone feature walls and European-style screen door walls shimmer beneath an arched dome, unfolding like an elegant scroll painting.

The building façade employs a classic European "tripartite composition." To embody a warm and refined character, it combines beige natural stone with warm-toned stone-patterned aluminum panels. Delicate rounded treatments at corners and details lend the architecture a soft and fluid visual appeal. Breaking away from the common horizontal-eaved roofs in the current stacked villa market, the project innovatively adopts a "quasi-Mansard roof" design. Its unique perforated treatment not only significantly enhances privacy between units but also strengthens the enveloping sense of privacy and enclosure for rooftop terraces.

The spatial design pioneers a new evolution in stacked villa layouts. The four-level stacked structure ensures completely separate access routes for upper and lower unit owners, greatly enhancing privacy. Additionally, it features an approximately 6-meter-high underground space, complemented by dual light wells for north-south natural lighting. This design floods the basement with abundant sunlight, dramatically improving the functionality and comfort of the subterranean areas.
