苏州湾景苑位于苏州市吴江区滨湖新城该区块凭借资源和区位优势,集商务商业、旅游休闲和居住功能为一身,具有城湖一体、水陆相依的独特魅力。本项目承接区块优势,通过精心营造,将成为滨湖新城的一颗璀璨明珠。

项目用地分为东西两个区块。基地北侧及西侧为生态公园和太湖景观,视线良好,为达到景观资源最大化,建筑师将两个地块的建筑体量进行整体考虑,建筑高度由东向西,由南向北逐渐升高,西区部分沿湖住宅,根据太湖的景观朝向进行了扭转。基于对景观轴线和视觉焦点和谐且严谨的设计原则,建筑楼栋间通过规划布局相互呼应,形成多种极具识别性特征的庭院空间。 

建筑立面为简洁挺拔的现代风格,强调竖向体量和横向线条的对比,基座和入户大堂处采用简化的新古典主义风格立面,营造稳重大气的氛围。建筑上部采用暖色铝板饰面,辅以干挂石材基座,材质肌理与立面风格相协调,呈现一种现代的城市风貌。


Suzhou Wan Jing Yuan is located in Binhu New Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou. By virtue of rich resources and regional advantages, this region has integrated commercial, tourist and residential functions with charm peculiar to a city on the lake shore. Based on the regional advantages, the project will create a pearl in Binhu New Town.

The land for project is divided into east and west plots. The north and west sides of the base are a nature park and the Taihu Lake landscape with a good view. To fully utilize the landscape resources, the architect considered the building volume of the two plots as a whole. The buildings rise from east to west and from south to north. Buildings along the lake in the west plot are adjusted to face the Taihu Lake. Following the principles of harmony and preciseness regarding the landscape axis and visual focus, the buildings echo one another in the planning and layout, forming a variety of courtyards with distinctive features.

The building facade is simple, straight and modern, emphasizing the contrast between vertical volume and horizontal lines. The base and entrance hall adopt a simplified neoclassical façade to create a dignified atmosphere. The building’s upper part is decorated with warm-colored aluminum plate, supplemented by dry-hung stone base. The material texture fits well with the facade style, presenting a modern city.
