The project’s location is where Hangzhou's old city meets Qianjiang New City, just 2.7km from the West Lake scenic area. It is surrounded by a wealth of historical and cultural assets. The master plan achieves a balanced landscape distribution and efficient land utilization, considering the spacing requirements for both slab-style and point-style structures, as well as high-rise and multi-story buildings. All buildings are oriented towards the south, with heights gradually decreasing from north to south and west to east. These height, width, and volume variations add vibrancy to the streetscape and soften the overall project outline.

The elevation of high-rise residences and stacked villas emphasize the sense of geometric composition. The exterior design blends solid and void spaces, accomplished through sleek glass surfaces and balconies framed by aluminum panels in a grid network, while the filleted corners add a touch of warmth to the overall aesthetic. The villas' balconies and terraces offer transparent connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, extending outwards like elegant, streamlined yachts on the ocean.

The design of communal spaces considers various usage scenarios, emphasizing the integration between spaces and activities. The reading area accommodates people of all ages, offering quiet reading nooks and private conference spaces. The sunken courtyard brings ample natural light to the indoor swimming pool and fitness center and maintains good connectivity between the above-ground and underground activity spaces.
