The site of Beijing One Central is located in the hinterland of Dongzhimen on the East 2^nd Ring Road of Beijing, adjacent to the embassy area. Enjoying superior location advantages, the architect intends to create an ideal urban residence and present the fashion sense and residential aesthetics of international metropolis life.

The project consists of three 19-story high-end urban apartments, enveloping an urban green space in an enclosure layout. The northern interface is connected with the external urban green space, and blends the superior landscape of the residence with the overall urban ecology. A cluster of traditional quadrangle dwellings on the site have been retained by the architect after overall design and renovation, constituting a unique landscape.

The stone curtain walls on architectural façades are combined with glass curtain walls, and added with modern elements to achieve a concise and graceful façade style based on an elegant and dignified solemn neo-classicism architectural proportioning.

For spatial details and house type design, global perspective thinking is conducted on life scenarios, and in-depth functional analysis is performed to guarantee the high-end status, regional representativeness and customer group exclusiveness of the project.
