蓝色钱江位于杭州新市中心——钱江新城核心区西侧,南眺钱塘江,拥260 余米的沿江水岸线,坐拥都市繁华和江景浩荡。基地被道路划分为南北两个地块,总用地面积约8.4 万平方米。整个项目是由精装修高层公寓、五星级酒店、银行办公及精品商业街构筑的城市商住综合体组成,总建筑面积约40.68 万平方米,其中地上建筑面积29.68 万平方米。

项目的设计建造过程经历了国家对房地产的多轮调控。从规划之初的产品定位、设计过程根据市场变化的调整完善、到施工营造的多方配合,历时约6 年。设计试图诠释城市综合体于城市特定区域所应承担的引领作用,经过多次调整,总体布局更注重建筑组群间的主次关系及与城市的联系:住宅组群跨越南北两个地块,沿南北向中轴线对称展开,南地块的东侧退让,以布置酒店办公综合楼,与两地块间的商业街形成连续的商业界面,并呼应东侧的办公及社区公园,为整个社区注入了活力。建筑立面将玻璃、石材与金属等材料巧妙组合,形态简洁大气,细节层次丰富,整个项目焕发出与钱江新城相协调的时代气息。


Located on the west of the core area of Qianjiang New Town --- the new downtown of Hangzhou, the Sapphire Mansion faces Qiantang River on the south with over 260 meters long shoreline. It has both the city view and the river view. The site is divided into the south and north blocks by road, with a total site area of about 84,000 sqm. The entire project is an urban mixed-use complex consisting of fully finished high-rise apartment buildings, a five-star hotel, bank offices and a boutique shopping street, covering a total building area of about 406,800 sqm, with 296,800 sqm above ground.

During the design and construction process, Chinese government initiated several rounds of property market regulations. It took us 6 years to finish the project, in which we experienced product positioning at the beginning, adjustment and improvement to the design according to the market changes, and collaboration between all parties during construction. The design attempts to interpret the leading role of an urban complex in a certain area of the city. After a few rounds of revision, the primary and secondary relationship between the architecture complex and the connection with the city are more emphasized in the overall layout. The residential complex occupies both the south block and the north block, and is spread out symmetrically along the north- south central axis. The east side of the south block is set back in order to provide space for the hotel and office complex to form a continuous commercial façade with the extended shopping street between the two blocks, and to correspond to the office and community park on the east, therefore to provide vitality into the whole community. Glass, stone, metal and other materials are carefully used on the building façade and presenting simple and graceful architecture style with rich details. Thus the spirit of time coordinating with the modern atmosphere of Qianjiang New Town is shown in the whole project.
