The project site is located along Line 1 of the Hangzhou Metro, between Linping and Nanyuan Stations. It is a central area of Linping New Town. According to future urban planning, the site adjoins Wangjiafan Port Riverside Park to the north, and borders a green corridor housing an open-air boutique shopping street to the south. It not only enjoys superior scenic conditions, but also constitutes an important node on the commercial axis that connects the north and the south. Thus, the design is envisioned to build a charming urban landmark.

The east, south and north sides of the site are all important urban interfaces of the project. Three high-rises are laid out in the three directions, forming a dynamic and towering urban skyline. To be specific, office building #1, the main building of the project, is 170m in height; its rooftop observation deck endows it with a prominent architectural image. Office building #2 echoes with the southward road space. The 200m-tall scientific research building (including tower) in the northwestern corner marks a high point of the city.

The staggered layout of three towers forms a north-south axis that connects with natural flow of motion along the commercial street and creates a vibrant commercial node in the center of the site. The commercial street leads pedestrian flows in three directions—secondary trunk road intersection, Wengmei Road and riverside area, with differentiated image designs at different entrances. In addition, the crossing of elevated corridor, sunken plaza and multiple secondary entrances ultimately create an all-weather and multi-dimensional commercial block.
