Diverse functions adopt a unified formal language, with integrated entrance canopies forming continuous façades. Materials alternating between solid and void bridge the gaps between functional zones. Community and office areas are woven together with charming street spaces, while public amenities, pilotis-level spaces, and communal lounges in the residential zone form experiential terraces. These connect with the vertical green platforms of the office podium, shaping a meandering riverside pathway. Through cohesive spatial design, the site's spirit is unified, extending the spatial narrative while crafting a destination for exploration, leisure, and lingering in the financial bay.
