Confronting the slightly outdated urban facade,goa aims to create a contemporary benchmark for high-quality residential living and dynamic communities in Beijing.

‌Façade Design‌
Rooted in the ancient capital's cultural heritage, the façade draws inspiration from imperial architecture's double-eave roofs and column systems, reinterpreted through modern techniques to create rhythmic patterns. Bold use of "Danxia Red" – a hue symbolizing Beijing's cultural essence – echoes the historic city's chromatic palette of "Vermilion Tones and Silver Rhythms," bridging tradition and modernity. The design achieves a "Western Form with Eastern Spirit" balance, exuding international sophistication while retaining distinctive Beijing charm.

‌Community Concept‌
The project embodies the "Living Community 2.0" philosophy. Innovatively dissolving boundaries, it constructs a nearly one-kilometer "Super Active Interface" through vibrant walkways, corner parks, and meticulously designed urban furniture. This approach heals the fragmentation between public spaces and pedestrian systems, creating a human-scale neighborhood ideal for strolling, lingering, and socializing – injecting fresh vitality into both the community and the city.

‌Hidden Oasis‌
Tucked within the community lies a "Floating Island" clubhouse. Functioning as a serene retreat, it offers immersive leisure spaces designed to foster neighborly interactions, redefining connections between people, community, and lifestyle to elevate the living experience.
