The Binjiang Jade Mansion is located on the east side of the "Headquarters Business Island" in the Northern New Town of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, and stands as a landmark project in the region. The overall planning of the project is divided along the north-south axis into three major functional zones: the "New Town Central Lake," the "Headquarters Business Island," and the "Quality Residential Area." Yunchen Center occupies a core position with significant location advantages.

The project adopts an all-point-type layout, with buildings arranged in an enclosed manner. While forming a complete urban interface, it creates an open courtyard space on the south side of the park, achieving a perfect integration of architecture and landscape.

Centered around the large central landscape courtyard, the park realizes the interconnection and penetration of landscapes through visual corridors, landscape footpaths, and exquisite landscape nodes. Architecture and natural landscapes echo each other, becoming an important scenic feature of the park.

The design of individual buildings is concise. Through detailed treatments such as volume segmentation and combination, staggered blocks, and corner chamfers, a unified facade style is presented. Delicate detailing adds richness and approachability to the buildings at the human scale. The project uses ebony-gold glass as the facade material, which displays rich color changes under different time periods and weather conditions, endowing the buildings with a unique visual expression. This makes Yunchen Center stand out in the surrounding environment, showcasing a distinctive temperament and attitude.
