近日，华发西安锦宸赋凭借独特设计理念和扎实产品力，成为西安高端住宅市场标杆之作。项目择址曲江新区核心地段，其最具突破性的设计当属西安首个约200米南北贯通的中轴景观规划——通过“大中轴”对称布局，呼应城市中轴脉络。这一中轴体系创新性地结合了约7米抬升式双层架空设计（西安首创），形成极具辨识度的立体归家动线。该项目成功斩获2025第七届日本 IDPA AWARD 国际先锋设计大奖。
项目规划以南北中轴为脉络，串联入口、院落、停车、会所、归家等场景，形成层次丰富的空间序列；同时以东西轴线为纽带，强化城市公园、商业街与住区的有机联系。
针对场地高差，项目设计“中央峡谷”。自北向南沿中轴线打造多进式院落体系：依次设置超尺度门头落客区、水院、下沉庭院，一直延伸至地面景观。
项目是西安市场比较稀缺的大户型“四代宅”，通过塔楼奇偶层错位设计，构建出空中大露台、花园舱及全景舱空间，实现城市景观界面与庭院景观系统的最大化利用和多维度渗透。

Huafa Inner Mansion in Xi'an has emerged as a benchmark project in the city's high-end residential market, distinguished by its unique design philosophy and robust product strength. Located in the core area of Qujiang New District, its most groundbreaking innovation is Xi'an's first approximately 200-meter north-south axial landscape planning—featuring a grand central axis layout that echoes the city's historical central axis. This axial system innovatively integrates a 7-meter elevated double-layer podium design (a pioneering approach in Xi'an), creating a highly distinctive three-dimensional home-returning pathway24. The project was honored with the 2025 Seventh IDPA AWARD International Pioneering Design Award in Japan.
The masterplan utilizes the north-south central axis as an organizing spine, connecting entrance plazas, courtyards, parking, clubhouses, and home-returning sequences to form a rich spatial hierarchy. Simultaneously, the east-west axis serves as a nexus, strengthening the organic integration between urban parks, commercial streets, and residential clusters24.
Addressing site elevation challenges, the design incorporates a "Central Canyon". Along the north-south axis, a multi-courtyard system unfolds progressively: starting with an oversized porte-cochère drop-off zone, transitioning through a water courtyard and sunken courtyard, and extending to ground-level landscapes46.
As a rare "fourth-generation residences" offering large units in Xi'an's market, the project employs alternating staggered floors within the towers. This configuration creates elevated terraces, garden pods, and panoramic pods, maximizing the utilization of urban skyline views and courtyard landscapes while achieving multidimensional permeability between interior and exterior spaces45.
