The Technical Official Village of the Hangzhou Asian Games is adjacent to the Olympic Sports Center and the Qianjiang Century CBD, with its eastern side overlooking the banks of the Qiantang River. During the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games, it will serve as the accommodation for technical officials, complementing the Media Village, Athletes' Village, International Zone and other common areas.

The Technical Officials Village, conceived with the Asian Games as its initial inspiration, transcends its primary purpose to become a multifaceted destination with lasting significance. Beyond the event, the community serves as a future neighborhood paradigm. The design draws inspiration from Hangzhou's natural environment and combines regional and international elements. By reimagining the urban landscape through an abstract geometric architectural language, the village achieves a harmonious synthesis of local identity and global appeal.

The spatial prototype is translated into three levels: architecture, alleys, and clusters. Inspired by the terraced tea fields, the architectural design features a staggered form that offers residents panoramic views of the landscapes. An undulating skyline mirrors the rolling mountains of Hangzhou, infusing the atmosphere with the vibrant energy of traditional alleys. The layout of the apartment buildings, shaped like the letters L and F, enclose well-proportioned courtyards that accommodate residents' desire for sunlight and leisure. Moving between different spaces is like traversing the city's mountains and waterways, each step revealing glimpses of majestic peaks, meandering streams, and serene tea gardens.

The village comprises 12 residential buildings, 10 high-rise apartments, and one super high-rise apartment. Allowing for the creation of diverse and engaging spaces, the apartments are arranged in small-scale blocks. The super high-rise apartment's facade is designed with interlaced pane lines, lending a sense of fluidity and motion to the otherwise static structure and emphasizing the aesthetic appeal of a slender proportion.
