The design delves into the unique value of Suzhou-style gardens, furnishings, and spiritual living, consistently extending the product line’s ethos of "modern forms with Eastern spirit" from urban interfaces to architectural details.

Inspired by the winding layout of the Ming-dynasty Garden of Cultivation, the design ingeniously crafts a 150-meter homecoming sequence tailored to the site. This journey shields the residential enclave from the bustling city, evoking the serenity of a reclusive garden. Richly programmed nodes along the path create spaces for pause, rest, and neighborly interaction.

Departing from conventional approaches, the courtyard villas and stacked villas prioritize expansive façades, flooding interiors with natural light and landscape views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Multi-level gardens cascade from ground courtyards to balconies, terraces, and rooftop decks, offering versatile living scenarios and expansion possibilities.

Building upon the "Lu Series" legacy, the façade design employs contemporary reinterpretation to create a work uniquely crafted for Suzhou. Key prototypes like "white-jade screens" are distilled from the city’s material and cultural heritage. Modern design techniques and craftsmanship revive this cultural lineage—refined, elegant, and imbued with understated prestige.
