Greentown Phoenix Oasis is situated in the heart of Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, on the south bank of the Wujiang River and facing Wubai Beach to the north. The river view is the project’s core asset. The scheme maximizes the site’s generous frontage with an all-point 3+4 tower arrangement. Front-row towers command panoramic river vistas, while a 28 m spacing between buildings creates generous visual corridors that extend these views to the second row, ensuring every residence overlooks the water. At the northeast corner, where the site meets the Wujiang, a rich mix of programs reimagines the riverside lifestyle: a double-height river-facing library, an observation terrace, a river-view gym, and a cantilevered infinity pool form a multi-dimensional social hub at the turn of the river. Inside, the courtyard plan draws on the waterfront context, placing landscape at its heart to weave architecture and nature into a layered spatial experience. Inspired by the sunset glinting on the Wujiang—“golden ripples across twilight waves”—the façade translates the river’s molten hues into architectural language. Horizontally extended volumes echo the river’s vastness, while staggered forms sculpt a rhythmic skyline along the water’s edge. Clean, orthogonal geometry and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. As seasons and weather shift, the building captures ever-changing light and shadow, presenting a crystalline “mirror of the sky.”
