Greentown Jindi Fengqi LAN is located in Hanyang, Wuhan, close to the Yangtze River in the southeast and Wuhan National Exhibition Center in the north. As the visual focus of the skyline building group in the Guobo area along the river, the designer maximizes the use of river view resources and integrates the natural landscape of the waterfront into the architectural complex. The four super high-rise residential buildings along the river plot adopt a symmetrical layout, echoing the shape of the Guobo curve through the curved surface along the river, and the five buildings in the inner plot are spread out in a T shape, providing the best view of the river for each household, and forming a rich skyline effect from the city. The two-tower line with more than 200 meters in front of the river adopts glass and aluminum panels to make the building more transparent and bright. The modern and simple details combined with the arc shape create the iconic appearance of the project.

Supporting commercial layout in the middle of the two plots of urban branch roads, the park uses the overhead space, the organization of the home flow line at the same time, suitable for the full age of supporting service system. The design cleverly turned the refuge floor space into a sky garden, successfully transformed the negative space into a positive space, and created a rich three-dimensional air public leisure area for the super high-rise residential area.

GOA adheres to the consistent design concept in the project, giving more care to people in the super-scale built environment, and forming a dialogue with the city through delicate design, which is also a new perfect interpretation of high-end residential architecture in Wuhan.
