Guided by the principle of "classical aesthetics as the soul and waterfront living as the pulse," the essence of classical architecture is integrated with modern architectural aesthetics. Based on the continuously evolving urban lifestyle, the CR Land • Eternal Center was officially opened on August 30. The project is located in the core of the Angel Block and is hailed as the "Eye of the Angel" due to its superior geographical location. It blends into the surrounding urban fabric, achieving a delicate balance between visibility and subtlety.

The design is rooted in a profound understanding of Hangzhou’s regional context, reflecting both "heritage" and "innovation" in its approach. The spatial landscape system inherits the elevation differences and spatial sense of lakeside gardens such as Hangzhou’s Guo Zhuang and Wang Zhuang, transforming the home-returning flow from two-dimensional to three-dimensional. It skillfully incorporates traditional Chinese gardening techniques, such as shifting scenes with every step and framed views. Innovation is reflected in numerous architectural details, such as extracting the structural logic from the stonework construction of the Gongchen Bridge and reinterpreting it with modern techniques and materials. Through similar textured masonry, the design echoes the cultural significance of the canal.

The high-rise buildings adopt a modern lattice system design, combining stone and glass to create a interplay of solid and void. Advanced gray and earth tone color schemes are selected, conveying calm and restrained texture. The townhouses continue the classic "horizontal three-section, vertical five-section" proportion, emphasizing vertical composition and a single-household experience. Tiered setbacks and balconies with depths of 2.4 to 3 meters are incorporated to expand living scenarios, allowing for the creation of rooftop gardens.

The model area embraces the concept of "three-dimensional mountains and waters, seclusion within the city," translating the philosophical principles of Jiangnan gardens into modern architectural language. Through multiple courtyards, path transitions, and the interplay of solid and void interfaces, an immersive touring experience is achieved within the limited plot, where scenes change with every step, and vastness is perceived within a compact space. Materials such as sandalwood beige sandstone and bronze are used, exuding understated elegance and luxury while standing the test of time.
