On May 30th, China Resources Beijing Yuefu commenced its centralized handover, half a year ahead of the originally scheduled year-end delivery. Located south of You'anmen Gate within Beijing’s Second Ring Road, the project enjoys proximity to the Lize Business District to the west and the Financial Street to the north. It aggregates premium resources including commercial hubs, prestigious schools, hospitals, and parks, offering mature living amenities. As a benchmark project following China Resources Land’s release of its "Quality Housing" technical guidelines in Beijing, it also marks the debut of the "Yue Series" product line in the capital.

Guided by the spiritual essence and aesthetic sensibility of the Ming Dynasty treatise Treatise on Superfluous Things (Chang Wu Zhi), and based on the product positioning of "elegant, timeless, subtle luxury," goa  aimed to create an exquisite residence in the heart of Beijing—one that harmonizes the historical essence of the ancient capital with a modern exterior and refined living experiences.

The meticulously crafted structural grid facade system draws inspiration from the layered configuration of the imperial palace window lattice pattern known as "three intersecting arcs and six petals" (San Jiao Liu Wan), abstractly translating it into contemporary horizontal and vertical lines. Light gold aluminum profiles with high-relief textures are seamlessly integrated with pale stone cladding, creating a symmetrical and stately architectural form. Elements such as vertical grand mouldings, horizontal fine mouldings, window frames, inter-window aluminum panels, vertical and horizontal grilles, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows orchestrate a facade rich in void-solid interplay and layered order. A pioneering feature for China Resources’ Beijing projects is the north-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, which complement the metal grilles and entrance canopies. Decorative metal lines and staggered stone textures converge on the gable walls, generating a unique rhythm that transforms the "rear" and "side" elevations into architectural highlights. This achieves a 360° high-quality facade with no visual死角, defining a new piece of scenery within Beijing’s Inner City.
