杭州蓝庭住宅区位于杭州市临平区。基地南侧距临平山约500 米,地势平坦,周边自然环境优越。宽度大约60 米的中心大道将基地分为东西两区,东区占地13.3 公顷,西区占地26.6公顷。舒适的人居氛围是本次设计关注的重点。通过对建筑群落关系的梳理、人车分流系统的组织和各级庭院空间的营造,一个亦静亦动、尺度宜人的居住园区得以实现。

东区的高层住宅,以庭院为空间单元,围绕着中心绿地,形成双层复合结构的住区空间。部分板式建筑的走势跟随地块而偏转,让住宅始终面向良好的方位。由此而形成的具有强烈形式感的菱形院落,则让组团空间更为明确,这些空间在某些位置上向中心景观区敞开,使不同层级的景观得以相互渗透。

东区主入口位于基地的南侧,两边的多层建筑为会所及幼儿园。在入口道路的尽端,建筑围合成圆形小广场。转折多次的路径让通过者可以在心理上顺利完成从城市空间经广场空间至园区空间的过渡。

西区由高层住宅、多层公寓、联排别墅及商业中心组成。规划以两个并置且连通的环形干道及贯穿东侧环道南北的景观主轴为骨架,通过水系,将住区分隔成多个不同类型的组团。其中的多层公寓,采用U 型与板式体量相结合,强调围合感,同时与周边环境相融合,避免了庭院空间的过于封闭。

在建筑单体的设计上,特点鲜明的大挑檐、大阳台以及丰富的屋顶轮廓线,结合暖色调的陶瓦、富有质感的墙面涂料以及实木雨棚格架等,让建筑带有了浓厚的地中海风格。


The Hangzhou Blue Patio community is located in Linping District of Hangzhou, with Linping Mountain 500 meters away on the south. The site is flat with extraordinary natural landscape. It is divided into two neighborhoods, the east and the west, by the 60 meters wide Central Avenue. These neighborhoods cover total areas of 133,000m2 and 266,000m2 respectively. The main goal of this project is to create a comfortable living environment. We try to build a community full of energy and calmness through integrated building blocks, separate circulation systems for vehicles and pedestrians, variously sized courtyards.

The east neighborhood is a high-rise residential area with courtyard spaces in between. The central green space is surrounded by residential buildings that have units with two-leveled interlock structure. Some slab-type buildings are angled to follow the site geometry in order to get a better orientation. The striking diamond-shaped courtyards, which are naturally formed by the rotation of the buildings, clearly define the inner space of the clusters. They also have some openings to generate space flow between the central garden and the courtyards.

The main entrance of the east neighborhood is located on the south side of the site. Along the entrance road, there are residents club and daycare in multi-storied buildings. A round-shaped plaza is surrounded by buildings at the end of the road. You can experience the transitions of spaces, from public city space to the semi-public community plaza, and then to the inner community space.

The west neighborhood includes high-rise residential towers, multi-storied apartments, townhouses and a shopping center. The main structure of the site plan is formed by two parallel but connected, east-west stretched loop roads, and the north-south main landscape axis cutting through the east side of the loop. A few residential clusters of different types are divided by a water system. The multi-storied apartments are consisted of U-shaped and slab-type buildings in order to not only emphasis the sense of enclosure, but also fit in with the surroundings, so that the courtyard spaces wont be completely closed.

The buildings are designed with deep overhangs, spacious balconies and rich roof outlines, combining with warm-toned terracotta roof, textured stucco wall and wood canopy frame to create warm and elegant Mediterranean architectural style.
