Binjiang Greentown River Collection in Hangzhou recently opened to the public. The project, centered on contemporary high-end living concepts, has created a vibrant community model that blends quality with everyday charm through innovative design and urban integration.

Situated in the increasingly mature Olympic Sports Center core area, the project leverages its prime location to redefine the relationship between community and city with its "Slow Boundary" concept. Along Duxue Road, designers have crafted a dynamic living foundation featuring a staggered skyline, an auspicious canopy-style main entrance, and the lively Sailing Farmers' Market, rich with local character.

The design meticulously establishes a ceremonial homecoming journey and progressive spatial sequence: After passing through the main entrance, an art bridge topped with glazed tiles floats above a sunken courtyard, guiding residents into a community lounge that serves both social and spiritual purposes. The landscape employs a three-dimensional layered system, where ground-level gardens, elevated semi-public spaces, and sunken courtyards interweave to form fluid natural zones. A floating clubhouse nestles between forested islands and terraced water courtyards, allowing natural light and greenery to permeate the underground return paths, blurring the boundaries between architecture and landscape.

The building façade features undulating layered curved screens that create a dynamic silhouette, with its crown structure becoming a visual landmark in the Olympic Sports Center area. Materially, the refined combination of glass, bronze-toned metal, and aluminum panels lends the façade both a lightweight technological aesthetic and humanistic warmth. Interior spaces innovatively incorporate designs such as panoramic floating living rooms, cross-shaped ceremonial foyers, dual-function hall complexes, and super-sized master suites, achieving multidimensional upgrades in living experiences.
