“世界华人建筑师协会居住建筑设计奖”由世界华人建筑师协会（WACA）主办，是全球范围内表彰华裔建筑师及其作品的最具影响力的奖项之一，旨在表彰行业内最具创新意义的地产项目、推动高品质的住宅设计成为行业典范。

On September 23, 2018, World Association of Chinese Architects (WACA) announced the winners of the 6th WACA Residential Architecture Design Awards. GOA’s projects, Fuxing Royale and Nanjing Tao Hua Yuan, were honored with the WACA Residential Architecture Design Excellence Awards. The WACA Residential Architecture Design Awards, organized by World Association of Chinese Architects (WACA) as one of the most influential awards programs in the world, recognizes and celebrates outstanding Chinese architects and architectural projects worldwide. Its aim is to recognize the most innovative real estate projects and establish high-quality residential designs as the paradigms for the real estate sector.
