卿州女士是一位将设计实践、项目管理、品牌运营紧密结合，具备国际视野的资深建筑师和复合型行业专家。在加入大象设计超15 年的职业历程中，她先后参与设计了多项一线城市的高端居住社区、地标性的大型城市综合体和企业总部项目，擅长带领团队为客户创造性地解决复杂问题，其设计项目多次荣获国际奖项，包括美国金块奖（Gold Nugget Awards）、法国MIPIM Awards、欧洲建筑师论坛奖（ABB LEAF Awards）、WAF 世界建筑节奖项等。

在从事设计实践的同时，卿州女士立足于行业研究和大型设计机构的品牌管理，领导着大象设计的品牌研究团队，长期保持对设计行业前沿趋势的洞察和关注，完成了多个建筑类型的系统性研究，并多次出席行业重要学术论坛担任演讲嘉宾或主持人，多次在建筑学核心刊物发表专业文献。其主持编写的《大象设计2012-2018》和《1:1 引力场》于2018 年由中国建工出版社出版，是两本记载和定义大象设计发展历程、企业哲学、品牌特征的专业著作。

卿州女士毕业于东南大学建筑系，同时也是CTBUH 世界高层建筑与都市人居学会特邀专家、RIBA 英国皇家特许注册建筑师，并入围2022 年第三届杭州市十大优秀青年建筑师。

Ms. Qing Zhou is a senior architect and compound industry expert with international vision, who combines design practice, project management and brand operation closely. During her nearly 15-year career with GOA, she has presided over and designed a number of high-end residential communities in first-tier cities, large-scale landmark urban complexes and corporate headquarters projects. She is good at leading her team to creatively solve complex problems for clients, the projects she worked on have won many international awards, including the Gold Nugget Awards, The MIPIM Awards, the ABB LEAF Awards, the WAF World Architecture Festival Awards, etc.

While engaged in the design practice, Ms. Qing Zhou pays close attention to industry research and brand management of large design institutions. She leads the Branding and Research team of GOA and maintains long-term insight and attention to the forefront of the design industry, has completed multiple systemic research of different building types, and attended several important academic forums in the industry as a guest speaker or host. She has published professional articles in key architectural journals for many times. She presided over the compilation of GOA 2012-2018 and Gravity 1:1, which were published by China Architecture & Building Press in 2018. The two professional books record and define the development history, corporate philosophy, and brand characteristics of GOA.

Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Southeast University, Ms. Qing Zhou is also the CTBUH Designated Expert, RIBA Chartered Architect, and selected as the Hangzhou Outstanding Young Architects in 2022 (10 in total).
