Shenzhen Vanke Cloud Gradus - Plot 01-03 is situated in the northeastern corner of the central Futian District, Shenzhen, surrounded by the scenic beauty of Shenzhen Central Park, Lianhuashan Park, and Bijiashan Park. Its location in the Meicai area predominantly serves as a science and technology innovation hub. As the first redevelopment plot in the area, the project prioritizes the strategic integration of diverse functions while emphasizing public accessibility to deliver a comprehensive settlement that integrates work, residence, and recreation within the high-density urban fabric.

A 3D-integrated circulation system reinforces the connection between the architecture, adjacent mountains, and the urban park to the south. The ground level incorporates urban infrastructure and logistics. The second level contains a pedestrian system that attaches to the external civic corridor network and provides a further public interface between the architecture and the city. The podium introduces verdant vegetation to roof terraces, forming an urban green valley.

The project seeks to create a dynamic, inclusive community accommodating diverse living arrangements. The podium, which is shorter than 24m tall, provides various public services and amenities, such as R&D offices, cultural event venues, and senior nursing facilities. On the podium roof, a 2,500㎡outdoor communal activity area, accessible 24/7, directly connects to the pedestrian system and indoor sports club.

Three rising towers of varying heights trace an undulating urban skyline. The initial scheme incorporates a stunning, transparent infinity pool spanning two adjacent residential towers, featuring a spectacular focal point of the complex.
