As a significant milestone in district development located at the entrance of Lushan New City, the Lushan Times is a city-level complex that integrates commercial, office, and hotel spaces.

The design features a unique dual-ring spatial structure, with a sunken spiral square nestled within a curvaceous triangular contour, forming courtyards with distinct themes stretching aligned to the two boundaries. Multiple volumes rise from the perimeter podiums. This enclosing gesture enhances and expands the riverfront vista while preserving a pure and cohesive architectural expression.

The "new urban parlor" concept aims to promote spatial convergence by transforming limited architectural volumes and public spaces into a hub for the city's vitality. The terraced outdoor platforms of the lower commercial space elevate the ground value and offer multiple landscape perspectives. A 60-meter-wide spanning structure forms the main entrance, creating a concave plaza facing the river to invite commercial circulation and introduce a river view for the apartments at the back.

The building's curved façade is enlivened with rhythmic thickness variations on aluminum alloy profiles. Viewed from different distances, these horizontal components produce a dynamic interplay of light and dark that resembles the mountain silhouettes, just as the undulating natural skyline across the river casts a shadow. Since its operations, the Lushan Times has become a catalyst for urban vitality by fostering functional synergy, celebrating public activities, and embracing scenic value. It breathes a new life into the Fuyang New District, creating vibrant urban settings.
