本项目是现状改造项目，位于上海市金桥国家开发区，建筑改造面积约2000㎡，景观改造面积约7000㎡。针对现状场地过于空旷单调，缺少人与人的互动等问题，设计师在景观设计上采取了以下几个设计策略：以自由动感的绿坡联系地面和中央屋顶花园，使场地富有活力；利用顶部和侧向天窗为地下空间采光，形成立体视线交流；景观渗透至灰空间，形成宜人的休憩交流场所；建立具有场所感的入口空间，强化人的进入体验；采用中性色工业氛围的材质和荒野自然的种植风格，让人放松。
As a reconstruction project, it is located in Jinqiao National Development Zone, Shanghai, with a building reconstruction area of about 2,000 square meters and a landscape reconstruction area of about 7,000 square meters. In view of the emptiness and monotonousness of the site that lacks in interactions among people, the architectural designer adopts the following strategies for landscape design: connection of freely flowing green slopes to the ground and the central rooftop garden injects vitality into the site; top and lateral skylights enable natural lighting for underground spaces and interaction between different views; the landscape penetrates into gray spaces to form a pleasant place for rest and communication; an entrance highlighting the existence of the site enhances people’s entry experience; neutrally colored materials and materials associative with the industrial style and natural plants often seen in the wilderness are used for a relaxing atmosphere.
