在杭州"向东发展"的战略腹地,临平数智城有一座即将面世的建筑「量子云」,用虚实相生的设计语言,勾勒出未来城市的诗意图景。
项目选址翁梅西核心片区黄金三角:东接地铁上盖商业体,北邻未来商业综合体,西靠文体公园,南拥漂浮水舞台。设计巧妙运用双首层策略,通过PRT环廊串联四方人流,让建筑如自然生长的生命体融入城市肌理。
建筑以"数实之种"为核心理念,上半部分由数个立方单元构成并复制生长,建筑体量和形态两者虚实巧妙结合如同生长的果实。下半部化身大地景观的延伸,中央人行通道如裂开的地缝,让穿行者感受头顶"云层"的科技震撼。建筑内部采用桁架悬吊结构,创造出通高的纯净展示空间,外部碲化镉薄膜光伏玻璃满足形式与节能的需求。建筑顶层观景台可俯瞰城市全景,并预留了低空飞行服务平台为无人机物流、空中交通灯新兴业态预留试验场景。
「量子云」不是冰冷的科技容器,而是充满温度的未来生活预演场。随着今年10月这座"数实融合"的城市种子开工建设,科技与人文的巧妙结合得以具象化呈现。
At the heart of Hangzhou’s “Eastward Expansion” strategy lies Linping Digital Intelligence City, soon to welcome a landmark called “Quantum Cloud.” With a design language that merges the virtual and the real, it sketches a poetic vision of the city of tomorrow.
The project sits on the golden triangle of Wengmeixi’s core district: east of a metro-linked retail complex, north of a future commercial hub, west of a cultural-sports park, and south of a floating water stage. A dual-ground-floor strategy threads all four directions together via a PRT skywalk, allowing the building to grow into the urban fabric like a living organism.
Conceived as a “seed of digital-physical fusion,” its upper half is formed by repeating cubic modules that multiply and evolve, balancing mass and void as naturally as ripening fruit. The lower half dissolves into the surrounding landscape; a central pedestrian passage slices open like a tectonic fissure, letting visitors walk beneath a hovering “cloud” of technology. Inside, a truss-suspended structure carves out soaring, pristine exhibition spaces, while cadmium-telluride thin-film photovoltaic glass wraps the exterior, uniting aesthetics with energy efficiency. A rooftop observatory surveys the city panorama and reserves a low-altitude flight deck—ready for testing drone logistics and aerial mobility.
Quantum Cloud is not a cold technological vessel but a warm rehearsal ground for future life. When construction begins this October, the seamless weave of technology and humanity will finally take tangible form.
