Located beside picturesque Qingshan Lake of Lin’an City, Qing Shan park is intended to build a science town surrounded by green mountains and clear water. Its planning highlights the ecological attribute of the site, with small-volume office buildings scattered in the forest to echo with the natural environment.

The overall planning transforms natural height difference of the slope into continuous platforms that form inwardly-enclosed clusters and link up with the continuously climbing arterial road in the park, while retaining original height difference features and landscape elements. Various clusters altogether form a natural head with unobstructed view, commanding beautiful views of mountains and lake at different heights. Inside these clusters, silent and graceful landscape courtyards are formed through enclosure.

Characterized by ecology and science, the monomer building is designed with abstract architectural language and sophisticated materials to establish its own identity. Each office building has its own private courtyard and underground self-use space, and the office space of each layer is attached with an independent balcony or open space.
