The project is located in the eastern core of Suzhou Bay Avenue, 1.8km away from Taihu Lake. It seeks to harmonize with the spatial texture of Taihu New Town and deliver a healthy, vibrant, efficient urban block that combines commercial, office, research, residential, and recreational facilities.

The site is divided into three functional clusters: north, central, and south, each embracing a central garden. These clusters are interconnected through aligned axes to form a spatially cohesive relationship. Additionally, the design optimizes the scale of passages between buildings to facilitate the entry of natural light and ventilation while guaranteeing appropriate spatial depths. Different functions synergize vertically and horizontally within the project. The commercial podium offers a vibrant experience and provides essential support for the upper office spaces, ensuring the sustained vitality of the entire area.

The site's western edge features two 260m-tall symmetrical towers. These iconic twin towers emphasize the urban silhouette and mark the starting point of a green axis that leads toward Taihu Lake. Anchored by the twin towers, the surrounding buildings create a stable "山" (mountain) shaped structure, gradually decreasing in height towards both sides and eventually blending into the lakeside skyline.

Multiple shared spaces are incorporated into this 260m-tall tower to prioritize a human-centered experience in high-density development. The tower's central area features a nearly 50m-high atrium with skylights, allowing natural light to illuminate the office spaces. A sky club and an observation gallery tower's pinnacle offer panoramic views of Taihu Lake, creating a scenic environment for leisure strolls. The tower façade employs the Suzhou traditional Kesi Technique, known for its "passing warp thread and cutting weft thread" skill weaving skill, emphasizing the sleek verticality of "warp" with the underlying horizontal flow of "weft."
