良渚文化村经过万科集团十余年的持续开发,已成为杭州城西北部较为成熟的住区。社区虽然已建成一定量的公建配套设施,但总体生活服务设施仍比较匮乏。其周边环境优美,为建造高档的服务式公寓提供了有利条件。因此,春漫里的建成将对丰富区域居住类型和推动区域发展,起到至关重要的作用。

设计伊始,我们就积极参与到了整个商业策划中,对如何解决商业与服务式公寓的关系、各种商业模式的关系、商业与周边住宅的关系等问题,进行了探讨研究。通过多方案比较,最终采取了组团街区式的布局——各组团间通过不同的组合方式围合成广场及街巷,组团内部则形成较为私密、安静的庭院。广场、街巷、庭院空间层次分明,互相穿插渗透。

总体布局形式确定以后,在立面风格上,我们希望与周边住宅既有联系,又有区别,并应业主要求,有效控制建造成本。最终我们选择了以石材、面砖、涂料为立面材料的新古典主义风格。深灰色的坡屋顶,穿插部分平屋顶,红色面砖加浅灰色涂料,辅以局部的玻璃体量,既与周边住宅有所呼应,又展现出公建硬朗的性格特征,整个区域呈现出活泼而不失庄重的风格。


The Liangzhu Cultural Village has become a mature residential community in the northwest of Hangzhou after continuous developing over a decade by Vanke Group. Although the community has a considerable amount of supporting facilities, the overall number is still relatively low. The beautiful surrounding environment provides advantages for building high-end serviced apartment buildings. Therefore, the Chummy Resort would enrich residence types in that area and also boost local development.

From the beginning, we were involved in the overall business planning. They did research on various relationships such as between commerce and serviced apartments, between commerce and the surrounding residential buildings and among various commerce modes. After several rounds of comparison, they finally found the best solution--the cluster layout. The spaces between clusters are turned into plazas and streets with different design techniques while a private and quiet courtyard appears inside each cluster. The spaces of the plazas, streets and courtyards are clearly layered and interpenetrate each other.

In terms of elevation style, we try to make it not only related to the surrounding residential buildings but also different from them. Besides, as per the request from the client, the construction cost needs to be effectively controlled. The final answer is new classicism style with stone, brick tiles and stucco as façade materials. The dark grey sloping roofs, partially combined with some flat roofs, red brick tiles with light grey stucco, and partial glass massing as supporting material not only correspond to the surrounding residential buildings but also show the strong characters of the public buildings. This is a lively community with dignity.
