近日，「长江三峡游轮中心游艇俱乐部」已正式竣工交付。三峡游轮中心位于长江与黄柏河交汇的宜昌市“两岛一湾区”核心地段，是湖北省鄂西生态文化旅游圈建设的重点工程。项目由湖北宜昌城发集团投资建设，goa大象设计担纲总体规划与建筑设计，总建筑面积约100万平方米，投用后将为宜昌市建设世界旅游名城、创建三峡国家级旅游度假区提供新支撑，为推动长江经济带高质量发展注入新动能。
作为三峡游轮中心的先行展示区和首个地标建筑，「游艇俱乐部」以自然舒展的建筑形体匍匐于河岸之上，与周边山水交相辉映。建筑东西跨度超过200米，中心部分宽约40米，衔接了沿江城市道路与片区景观主轴。底部挑空的设计释放出串联滨水广场内外的公共空间，吸引游客穿越“桥洞”，直抵岸边观景，成为接纳市民欣赏三峡风光的城市客厅。
项目积极践行“绿色低碳”理念，在设计中创新应用水资源循环利用系统，实现了雨水、施工用水等水资源的二次乃至多次利用，并借助BIM信息模型最大程度优化设计质效，实现了节约、低碳的高质量建设目标。
The Yangtze Three Gorges Cruise Center Yacht Club has recently been completed and officially handed over. Nestled at the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Huangbai River in Yichang’s “Two-Islands-One-Bay” district, the Three Gorges Cruise Center is a flagship project of the ecocultural tourism corridor in western Hubei. Developed by Yichang Chengfaz Group and master-planned and designed by GOA Elephant Design, the center totals roughly one million square metres. Once fully operational, it will underpin Yichang’s ambition to become a world-class tourist destination and a national-level Three Gorges resort area, while injecting fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
As the first landmark and pilot showcase of the cruise center, the Yacht Club presents a low, naturally fluid form that hugs the riverbank and merges with the surrounding landscape. Stretching more than 200 metres east to west and measuring about 40 metres at its widest, the building stitches together the city’s riverside road and the district’s main landscape axis. A raised ground floor releases a continuous public space that links the waterfront plaza inside and out, inviting visitors to pass beneath the “bridge” and step straight onto the river-view promenade—an urban living room where citizens can admire the Three Gorges scenery.
Embodying a “green and low-carbon” ethos, the project incorporates an innovative water-recycling system that reuses rainwater and construction wastewater two or more times. Through an advanced BIM workflow, design quality and efficiency were maximised, delivering a resource-saving, low-carbon and high-standard built result.
