GOA’s Three Projects Are Shortlisted for Awards at World Architecture Festival (WAF)

伦敦时间2018年6月26日，2018年WAF世界建筑节（World Architecture Festival）年度提名名单公布，由goa大象设计创作的乌镇Alila酒店、赫餐厅、丰盈·耕石艺术馆三项作品悉数入围。

世界建筑节（World Architecture Festival）是目前世界上规模最大的建筑评选盛事，迄今已成功举办十一届。其奖项设置不仅表彰已建成的杰出建筑作品，也对未建成的优秀方案给予关注：安特卫普“港口之家”（Antwerp Port House）、丹麦海事博物馆（(Danish National Maritime Museum）巴西圣马梅斯体育场（San Mames Stadium）等知名建筑都曾获此奖项。

本届WAF由英国著名建筑师大卫·阿加耶（Sir David Adjaye）担任评委会主席，共设置了39个奖项类别，吸引了来自世界81个国家和地区的上千件作品参与评选。goa大象设计作品乌镇Alila酒店、赫餐厅、丰盈·耕石艺术馆分别入围文化类最佳已建成建筑（Culture - Completed Buildings）、酒店及休闲类最佳已建成建筑（Hotel and Leisure - Completed Buildings）以及休闲主导发展领域最佳未来项目（Leisure Led Development - Future Project）三项提名。

On June 26, 2018 (London Time), the World Architecture Festival (WAF) announced its shortlist for the 2018 WAF Awards. GOA’s projects, including ALILA Wuzhen, HE Restaurant and Fengying · Stone Art Museum, were shortlisted for the awards.

The World Architecture Festival is by far the world’s largest architectural awards program, and is now in its 11th year. The awards are presented distinguished architectural projects completed or to be completed. Well-known architectural projects, including Antwerp Port House, Danish National Maritime Museum and San Mames Stadium, were honored with the awards.

Sir David Adjaye, a celebrated British architect, served as president of the jury for the 2018 WAF Awards, which were divided into 39 categories, and received over one thousand entries from 81 countries and regions in the world. GOA’s projects, including ALILA Wuzhen, HE Restaurant and Fengying · Stone Art Museum, were shortlisted for the awards of Culture - Completed Buildings, Hotel and Leisure - Completed Buildings, and Leisure Led Development - Future Project respectively.
