大象设计四个项目荣获第11届金盘奖

GOA’s four projects are honored with awards at the 11th Kinpan Awards

11月是丰收的季节，GOA大象设计有多个项目收获殊荣，摘得多个奖项。其中北京壹号院、杭州华润万象城二期、苏州澜廷酒店、朱家角1号四个项目荣获2016年第十一届金盘奖，大象设计合伙人严育林先生出席晚会现场。

获奖项目：

北京壹号院——华北赛区年度最佳公寓
杭州华润万象城二期——全国年度最佳写字楼、华东赛区年度最佳写字楼
苏州澜廷酒店二期——华东赛区年度最佳酒店
朱家角1号——华东赛区年度最佳别墅

金盘奖是由北京市金盘网络科技有限公司、《时代楼盘》杂志社发起，广州市唐艺文化传播有限公司承办，中国建筑学会人居环境专业委员会、中国房地产经理人联盟、中国金盘房地产开发产业联盟协办，致力于为楼盘产品设计树立标杆，引领地产行业健康发展，为提升城市建筑面貌发挥积极作用。

November is a fruitful month for GOA as it won awards for multiple projects. Four of its projects, including Beijing One Sino Park, Hangzhou Mixc Phase II, Suzhou Lanting Hotel and Lake Park Avenue, were honored with awards at the 11th 2016 Kinpan Awards, and Mr. Yan Yulin, Pincipal of GOA, attended the awards ceremony.

Award-winning Projects:

Beijing One Sino Park – Best Apartments of the Year in North China Region
Hangzhou Mixc Phase II – Best Office Building of the Year in China; Best Office Building of 2016 in East China Region
Suzhou Lanting Hotel Phase II – Best Hotel of the Year in East China Region
Lake Park Avenue – Best Villa of the Year in East China Region

Kinpan Awards are launched by Beijing Kinpan Internet Technology Co., Ltd. and Time + Architecture, and organized by Guangzhou Tangyi Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Human Settlement Environment Committee of the Architectural Society of China, and China Real Estate Managers’ Alliance, with the aim to establish benchmarks for architectural design, lead the robust development of the real estate industry, and play a positive role in improving the look of urban buildings.
