上海城市更新专家 袁源先生自2006年加入goa大象设计以来，立足城市语境，通过大量实践形成了明晰的个人风格，在多项代表性城市综合体及高端住宅项目中发挥了重要作用，其中包括杭州万象城二期、绿城上海黄浦湾公寓、绿城湖境云庐、绿地海珀外滩、宸嘉嘉佰道·上海、沪杭高速嘉兴服务区。他涉猎广泛，具备优秀的领导力和组织协调能力，同时能准确地把握市场定位，将客户需求完美融入设计理念。

与此同时，袁源先生对城市更新议题始终保持着深刻的学术思考与实践关注。他在上海董家渡等标志性区域的项目推进过程中积极践行历史风貌保护，代表作品包括上海吉安里(含沈宅、陆宅)、中海顺昌玖里、保利余杭路项目，其思考成果已集成论文《上海董家渡城市更新中的"历史风貌岛"策略》，发表于《时代建筑》。在此基础之上，他于2024年进一步主持浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题《城市更新中历史遗存再发展应用策略研究》。

Shanghai Urban Renewal professional

Since joining goa in 2006, Mr. Yuan Yuan has grounded his practice in the urban context and, through extensive project experience, developed a clear personal design style. He has played an important role in a number of representative urban complexes and high-end residential projects, including Hangzhou MixC Phase II, Shanghai Huangpu ONE, Oriental Villa, Greenland Hysun, Cityscape The Catania Shanghai, and the Jiaxing Service Area on the Shanghai–Hangzhou Expressway. He has broad interests, strong leadership and organizational coordination skills, and an accurate grasp of market positioning, enabling him to seamlessly integrate client needs into design concepts.

At the same time, Mr. Yuan Yuan has maintained deep academic reflection and practical engagement with urban renewal. In advancing projects in landmark areas such as Dongjiadu in Shanghai, he has actively practiced historic landscape conservation. His representative works include Shanghai Ji’an Li (including the Shen Residence and Lu Residence), Arbour, and the Poly Yuhang Road Project. His reflections have been consolidated into the paper “The ‘Historic Landscape Island’ Strategy in the Urban Renewal of Dongjiadu, Shanghai,” published in Time + Architecture. Building on this work, in 2024 he further led the Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project “Research on Strategies for the Redevelopment and Application of Historical Remains in Urban Renewal.”
