育华亲亲学校 - 项目

育华亲亲学校位于杭州余杭区勾庄镇，用地面积约4hm²。基地面积对于一所配套完善的全日制寄宿学校而言并不宽裕。如果采用平铺直叙的设计手法，势必会造成同区空间的过于拥挤，甚而引发空间体验的索然无味。因此，设计运用大量下沉式广场与地面架空连廊相穿插，其间配以坡道或台阶相连接，形成虚实空间交错、上下层次丰富的校同建筑群体形象。另一方面，下沉广场的设置也使原本处于地下的次要用房获得了充足的自然采光，在保证容积率的同时提高了校同的整体建筑品质。

Yuhua Qinqin School is located at Gouzhuang Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. The land area is 4 hectares. For a full-time boarding school with full facilities, it is not a lot of land. A Traditional approach to design will most possibly cause campus space to be over-crowded and the spatial experience tasteless. Therefore, our plan uses a lot of half underground plazas and aboveground archways, using stairs or ramps to connect. This brings the visual effect of a void-solid space with vertical layers. At the same time, with half underground plazas, those secondary underground rooms are exposed to more sunlight. It not only helps meet the plot ratio requirement, but also improves the architectural quality of the whole campus.
