The Taizhou Digital Technology Park is Taizhou's first Innovative Industrial Zoning (M0) District. Its primary objective is to develop a platform for incubating digital technologies, R&D in manufacturing, innovation services, and digital industries.

The master plan draws inspiration from the harmonious coexistence of mountains, sea, and cityscape, reflecting the urban pattern seen in Chinese landscape paintings. It utilizes a spatial layout that creates dispersed and dynamic clusters where blank spaces and scenic views interact and intertwine.

Integrating industrial and living spaces provides a comprehensive solution that caters to modern enterprises. The industrial sector offers adaptable spaces for companies at various stages of development, enabling customization based on specific requirements. The available spaces can be subdivided into multiple cells, ranging from 500-3000 ㎡, and arranged vertically or horizontally to accommodate different layouts. Alongside the industrial areas, the public spatial structure enhances the park's natural beauty and encourages social engagement. The converging diagonal pathways in the central garden attract visitors from inside and outside the park. Moreover, the exhibition area, located in the site's center and facing the main road, becomes an impressive technological display.

The design incorporates sustainable strategies to achieve net-zero energy consumption. Urban ecological wind corridors are established between buildings, and their spacing is carefully controlled through sunlight analysis. The lower office area on the south side features tall atriums that provide abundant natural light and fresh air. These atriums are adorned with vertical greenery and interactive corners, creating pleasant spatial encounters. Sunshades have been installed on the upper facade sections to reduce glare from the west. Additionally, the park includes two exhibition halls with a near-zero energy consumption theme, promoting a green future vision.
