中泰足球训练基地及足球学校毗邻绿城桃花源别墅区，地理位置优越。该项目既作为绿城足 球队的训练基地，又是一所以足球为特色的中学。鉴于其功能的多样性，总体规划将训练基 地与足球学校分置于用地南北两端，并各自设置临街出入口；两区块间以大型足球兼田径赛 场相连接，既避免了两者间的相互干扰，又提供了就近共享室外主赛场的便利。用地西侧同 时布置8块标准足球训练场及其他体育设施，以满足球员和学生的日常训练需求及各种文体活动的开展。单体建筑采用北美式风格，在与周边桃花同别墅区整体风貌相协调的同时，也呈现出校同建筑质朴清新的一面。
Sino-Thai Soccer Training Base and Soccer School is next door to Taohuayuan Villa area. It enjoys great natural advantages. It is not only a training base for the Greentown soccer team, but also a school that features soccer learning. Due to its multiple functions, our plan put the training base and the school at the south and north of the land, each equipped with its own street front entrance. In the middle is a large soccer and track and field court. Putting a field in the middle prevents the training base and the school from disturbing each other, and also provides the convenience of shared facilities. At the west side of the land, there are eight standard-sized soccer training fields and other sports facilities to meet the daily training needs of soccer players and school students. Individual buildings adopt a North American style, which stands harmoniously with the neighboring Taohuayuan villas, and at the same time reflects the simplicity and refreshment of the campus.
