The development consists of three office towers, arranged in a north-south orientation, serving as the northern hub of the upcoming Shijiazhuang Central Business District. The site is bordered by urban green belts on the east and west and a leisure park to the south. Furthermore, several historic buildings add to the area's cultural significance within a one-kilometer radius to the south.

The design aims to create a well-balanced urban living circle in the future Central Business District, focusing on efficiency, ecology, and vitality. The master plan treats the three parcels as an integrated entity, adhering to the urban design principle of narrow streets and dense roads. The circulation of vehicles is optimized to maximize the availability of pedestrian spaces.

The three towers ascending from the southern to the northern depict a dynamic skyline and act as a prominent entrance to the district. The design eliminates the claustrophobic feeling typically associated with tall buildings by adopting dividing, segmenting, and twisting gestures. The north-south axis divides each tower into two thin volumes, while the vertical segmentation and horizontal twisting enhance its dynamic stance. The sweeping curves add a unified and symbolic touch to the architecture cluster, harmonize with the extending green spaces, and reflect the arched features in historic structures like the Shijiazhuang Zhengtai Hotel and Dashiqiao.

The serrated facade profile delivers a distinctive visual effect. When viewed from one direction, The anodized perforated aluminum panels are concealed behind large glass surfaces, delivering a sleek and transparent aesthetic. From the other direction, these two materials generate a rhythmic facade texture through consistent modular control.
