Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Port is the city’s first industrial park dedicated to intelligent manufacturing, living, and operations. It is a key initiative in Ningbo National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone’s future vision. The project contains intelligent factories, research and development centers, a central park, a maker community, rental apartments, commercial facilities, and other supporting services, aiming to establish a comprehensive, innovative platform that integrates industry, city, people, and culture in synergy.

The master plan is designed around the "one ring, one axis, and multiple gardens" concept, with an ecological landscape axis traversing the northern and southern parcels. Elevated walkways, sky corridors, and public terraces connect various building clusters, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment that encourages communication and sharing.

The project comprises multi-story and high-rise industrial buildings, utilizing stacking gestures and variable modules that respond to the characteristics of a next-generation industrial park. The vertical stacking of production spaces improves land utilization efficiency, while the modular combination accommodates manufacturing, pilot testing, research, and office work. The 7m-high ground floor caters to large production and exhibition space requirements.

The architectural design draws inspiration from the dynamic rhythm of "waves" and the interconnectedness of "computer chips." Streamlined planar contours, continuous horizontal strip windows, and gradually protruding curved aluminum panels create a unified, futuristic appearance that celebrates the concept of "technology." The architectural cluster features a diverse color palette, with perforated copper aluminum sheets injecting a touch of vibrancy to the primary tone of light grey aluminum panels and the light blue-grey glass, enhancing the overall vigor.
