The JNBY Warehousing Logistics Park is located within the Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, serving as a hub for manufacturing, sorting operations, and logistics. Adjacent to the former JNBY manufacturing base to the south, with the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway to the north and the urban elevated highway to the west, the project aims to create a well-organized spatial layout and visually appealing factory park at this significant intersection.

The main entrance is positioned in the southeast corner to increase production and logistics efficiency and mirror the former production factory's main entrance across the road. The production and logistics workshops are symmetrically arranged in the east and west sections. The truck loading area is positioned to the north, ensuring smooth logistics circulation while maintaining a clean street-front interface in the south. Furthermore, the external circulation core provides the building with a more integral logistics and storage space internally.

The architecture celebrates JNBY products' softness, crispness, purity, and simplicity. Its facade features corrugated metal panels, enveloping the expansive interior spaces and external circulation core, resulting in an integration of form and function. The north interface emphasizes architectural legibility by incorporating an extending, uninterrupted arc. The building’s sculptural volume resonates with the garment tailoring while the curves and folds on the facade reflect the tactile softness of fabrics, with a fine-grained texture creating a delicate interplay of light and shadow.

The lower level of the building showcases a continuous glass curtain wall, while the upper level incorporates scattered square windows, introducing visual interest and rhythm to the facade. This design gesture provides ample natural light for the ground-floor workspace and ensures compliance with fire safety regulations on the upper level. Additionally, windows oriented towards the atrium enhance internal lighting and ventilation.
