The Boduo Sengu Business Center comprises four office buildings positioned around a 3000 sqm open-air central atrium with circular corridors. The recent renovation was designed to create a healthy and dynamic workplace embracing a "forest valley" concept that celebrates the regional landscape. A striking feature is the fourth-floor canopy, which draws inspiration from Hangzhou's terraced tea mountains and adds depth and vibrancy to the space. Additionally, landscape terraces in the corridors have been incorporated to provide inviting leisure and social areas, transforming the space into a lively and engaging hub.

The atrium canopy is characterized by its sophisticated form, featuring large-span steel structures with diverse cross-sectional profiles arranged in a curved configuration. It utilizes three types of membranes: single-layer ETFE foil, double-layer ETFE foil cushions, and mesh fabric. These materials provide excellent light transmission, durability, and weather resilience, ensuring optimal comfort and energy efficiency in the semi-indoor space. The membranes are layered, staggered, and enveloped, enhancing the canopy's visual appeal from both high-rise viewpoints and ground-level perspectives.
