In early November, 2018, the Technical Exchange Seminar & the Awards Ceremony of the 2018 Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize Excellent Residential Communities organized by the Residential Engineering Steering Committee of China Civil Engineering Society (CCES) was held in Beijing. GOA’s architectural project, Greentown Lily Apartments Phase III of Greentown Phase I (Sections I & II), was honored with the gold award for excellent project quality.



The Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize is the highest honors in China for civil engineering project. Approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, recognized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and supported and guided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Water Resources, the awards program is intended to celebrate and recognize engineering projects with remarkable technological innovations or applications. All entries are recommended and selected by China Civil Engineering Society (CCES) and government authorities, and are evaluated in terms of planning, architectural design, environmental design, technology application and engineering quality. Winning projects are characterized by high comprehensive quality, remarkable technology application, and impressive innovation, and are widely recognized as representatives of the highest levels of residential buildings in China.
