朱文弘先生在美国、中国大陆、台湾三地拥有逾三十年的建筑专业经验。1997年自美返华以来，他带领团队深度参与区域规划、城市设计、大型综合开发和地区性重要文化、教育、商业、办公、酒店、宗教等项目，对于科技研发、医疗、生物医学研究设施的规划设计也有丰富经验。

在入职易思睿之前，他作为项目负责人先后完成了宁波天一阁南馆、苏州诚品书店、重庆大悦城、杭州湖畔大学、南海佛学院、丰子愷艺术中心、江宁美术馆、山能集团海口国际能源交易中心、西安易俗社文化街区等作品，这些作品以突出的开创性和影响力成为行业标杆。他专精剧场规划设计，全程参与了乌镇大剧院的建设及水镇其他各类型剧场的改造，在当地孕育出国际知名的戏剧节庆。

朱先生强调对地域性、历史文脈和文化传承的尊重与融汇，作品表现当代性和前瞻性意义。他追求以建筑为载体，呈现空间美学和建造工艺，进而传递超越物理环境的深层触动。

Mr. Zhu Wenhong possesses over thirty years of architectural experience spanning the United States, Mainland China, and Taiwan. Since returning to China from the U.S. in 1997, he has led teams in extensive participation across regional planning, urban design, large-scale mixed-use developments, and regionally significant projects in cultural, educational, commercial, office, hospitality, and religious sectors. He also holds substantial expertise in the planning and design of technology R&D, healthcare, and biomedical research facilities.

Prior to joining Easthink, as project lead, Mr. Zhu completed notable works including the Ningbo Tianyige South Hall, Suzhou Eslite Bookstore, Chongqing Joy City, Hangzhou Lakeside University, Nanhai Buddhist College, Feng Zikai Art Center, Jiangning Art Museum, Shanneng Group Haikou International Energy Trading Center, and Xi'an Yisu Society Cultural Block. These projects, recognized for their groundbreaking nature and influence, have become industry benchmarks. He specializes in theater planning and design, having been involved throughout the construction of the Wuzhen Grand Theatre and the renovation of various other theaters within the water town, contributing to the cultivation of the internationally renowned Wuzhen Theatre Festival.

Mr. Zhu emphasizes the respect for and integration of regional characteristics, historical context, and cultural heritage, while his works manifest contemporary relevance and forward-looking significance. He believes architecture serves as a medium to present spatial aesthetics and craftsmanship, thereby conveying a deeper emotional resonance that transcends the physical environment.
