Recently, CR Land Central Mansion was completed on schedule and is about to be handed over to its owners. Located in the Xinchuang area of Chengdu High-Tech Zone, goa Elephant Design adopted a strategy of iterative innovation in core landscaping to create a serene "coastal resort"-style oasis within the high-density urban core, redefining upscale living in Chengdu.

Through careful planning, the design team rotated the five central towers by 15°, avoiding visual obstructions while establishing a clear internal landscape axis. The central garden, spanning over 3,000 m², is centered around the concept of the "Heart of the Ocean," featuring a vast 1,400 m² open water landscape. Through immersive sensory scenes, it offers an unparalleled experience of listening to, understanding, and engaging with water. The elevated gray spaces blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, seamlessly merging with the rainforest garden and waterfront platforms, making the daily journey home akin to a tropical island micro-getaway. Based on precise targeting of client needs, the design focuses on creating two refined apartment types of 143 m² and 187 m². The living room, with an expansive width of approximately 7.1 meters, connects to curved balconies, maximizing the advantages of the landscape.

The facade is defined by smooth, elegant lines, sculpting a refined architectural form. The detailed design further refines the 15° rotation of the layout into a geometric motif, evolving into a unique triangular grid language (P8). At the main entrance, triangular folded perforated metal panels mimic the facets of a diamond. The entrance door features a single, uniquely shaped glass panel reaching a unit height of 5.4 meters, combined with a steel plate rib system. Executed with precise craftsmanship, this establishes the project's distinctive identity as a custom-crafted landmark.
