将合伙人制定的设计目标分解细化，带领团队进行项目各个阶段的深化设计， 协助合伙人实现项目高质量落地。
任职要求：
1、 拥有建筑学本科及以上学历，5年以上各类型高质量项目从方案到施工配合全过程的设计经验，熟悉相关技术构造知识及规范；
2、 具备优秀的设计创意和深化设计能力，对自我有高要求，拥有对新知识新技能的学习能力，关注建筑细部和建造过程中的品质控制；
3、 熟练使用Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe等软件，具备优秀的图面表达能力；
4、 敬业踏实，认真负责，具备较强的团队组织领导能力和综合协调能力，能够带领设计团队完成相应的设计工作。有海外留学或工作经历、精通英语者优先 。

2. Have excellent design creativity and in-depth design ability, have high requirements for myself, have the ability to learn new knowledge and skills, and pay attention to architectural details and quality control in the construction process;
3. Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe and other software, with excellent graphic expression ability;
4. Dedicated and practical, earnest and responsible, with strong team organizing and leadership ability and comprehensive coordination ability, able to lead the design team to complete the corresponding design work.Overseas study or work experience, proficient in English is preferred.
