远洋乐堤港位于杭州市拱墅区CBD的核心位置,毗邻京杭大运河,是一处总建筑面积近260,000的综合开发项目,也是远洋运河商务区的收官之作。

远洋国际中心高档写字楼群是乐堤港的重要组成部分,建筑师运用超大尺度的玻璃体块堆叠形成了令人难忘的都市意象——简洁体量重复所形成的秩序感,使建筑从纷繁复杂的城市肌理中凸显出来,三栋100m~150m高的建筑塑造出灵动的天际线,连廊将高楼及西侧商业中心相连,地面景观也经过了精心的设计处理。

在建筑立面设计中,精致的单元式竖向格栅将竖条状的开启扇隐藏于其后,这些有规律的竖向格栅又与水平向的层间铝板共同构成了光洁、平整的表皮肌理,赋予建筑优雅的形象。

在建的凯宾斯基酒店部分充分利用运河景观,同时也以自身构成运河重要的景观节点。方案通过不同标高的体量穿插创造出高低错落、多向连通的观景平台:20m以上的观景高度使得视线恰可越过树梢到达运河;大型商业位于地上一至三层,与酒店部分呈L咬合,其屋面部分成为酒店的空中花园,并与相邻地块商业综合体通过天桥相连。酒店东侧还设有两栋70m高的办公楼及2~3层的裙房,办公楼的造型简洁,裙房则被赋予两种不同的外观风格:西、南两个面保持与商业街的整体氛围相统一,东、北两侧更强调对办公园区氛围的营造,两种建筑表情在转角的部位完成过渡和转换。


Located at the core of Gongshu CBD of Hangzhou and adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Grand Canal Place is a comprehensive development project with a total building area of above 260,000m2, and also the finishing touch of Grand Canal Business District.

High-grade office building clusters constitute an important part of Grand Canal Place. The architect used large-scale glass block stacking to create an impressive urban image: The sense of order created by repetition of concise massing highlights the architecture in the complex urban textures. Three high-rises, 100-150m in height, shape a graceful skyline. The galleries link up these high-rises with the commercial center in the west. Beautiful ground landscapes are also painstakingly designed. 

In the design of facade, the exquisite unit-based vertical grating hides the vertical bar-type opening sashes behind these gratings, and those regularly-distributed vertical gratings form smooth and flat surface texture and give the architecture an elegant image with horizontal interlaminated aluminum sheets.

The Kempinski Hotel under construction makes full use of the landscape of the canal, and is in itself also an important landscape of the canal. Through massing interspersion of different elevations, the design develops well-arranged sightseeing platforms that are connected in multiple directions: The sightseeing height of above 20m, from which the sightline can easily cross treetop to feel the millennial prosperity of the canal; large-scale commerce is located in one to three ground layers in a L-shape with the hotel section; the roof section has become a hanging garden in the hotel, connected with the commercial complex on the adjacent site via an overhead bridge. On the east of the hotel there are 70m-height office buildings and two or three-story podiums. The former features a succinct style, while the latter have two styles in architectural appearance: It harmonizes with the overall atmosphere of the commercial street in the west and south, while the east and north sides especially emphasize the creation of office park atmosphere; the transition and change between two expressions are completed in the corners.
