The project intends to build a modern boutique community to provide every resident with exquisite modern life and remarkable landscape of the National Agricultural Exhibition Center park, and to offer them extremely idyllic residence experience.

Its planning makes full use of superior resources, with west side set aside for introducing landscape. Meanwhile, targeted designs are made according to different layout of each building to make living room and restaurants face the National Agricultural Exhibition Center park for maximally introducing superior landscape into the residence and improving the quality of life.

The design seeks to break set patterns of deluxe residences in China by choosing modern architectural materials and construction craftsmanship to shape the entire image of the residence. To be specific, the combination of glass curtain wall and arched metal roof provides users with unique experience from inside out, while transparent materials eliminate the barrier between indoor space and outdoor landscape, making residents feel like living in the beauty of nature. The glossy window twinning the nearby green trees and blue sky makes the architecture feel like much lighter and more graceful. The design audaciously introduces curve elements to heighten the artistic appeal of the architecture both inside and outside with exquisite artistic beauty and rich formal language.
